Customer Experience Internship

We are seeking a candidate to design and execute our customer experience (CX) strategy. The following are ideal:

You have the ability to operationalize CX frameworks and the automation of the full customer journey:
  • the creation of marketing funnels 
  • integration with sales funnels
  • sales contracting and transactions
  • customer on-boarding
  • customer support framework
  • customer farming
  • customer feedback to provide us with the Voice of the Customer (VOC)
  • documentation for automations

Competencies in the following tools required:
  • Calendly 
  • Click-Up
  • Google Ads 
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Ontraport
  • Slack
  • WordPress
  • Zapier

We are seeking a contractor to convert our online training courses from a current platform to Ontraport. The courses include:
  • videos
  • text
  • short lesson quizzes
  • exam (must pass with at least X% to receive course credit)
  • course completion certificate for CPE / CLE credits 
  • drip access not required
