Customer Experience InternshipWe are seeking a candidate to design and execute our customer experience (CX) strategy. The following are ideal:

You have the ability to operationalize CX frameworks and the automation of the full customer journey:
- the creation of marketing funnels
- integration with sales funnels
- sales contracting and transactions
- customer on-boarding
- customer support framework
- customer farming
- customer feedback to provide us with the Voice of the Customer (VOC)
- documentation for automations
