Who We Are
Alexis C Bell and Paul Dunlop each bring over two decades of unique experiences solving complex financial crimes problems across different industries and jurisdictions. They have pioneered in-house, industry-first capabilities for enterprises, many shaping the blueprints of leading market providers. Their partnership is sought out by clients and regulators internationally in defining which problems to prioritize and with the shaping of effective solutions.
What We Do
Šóta Signal Analytics, a software-as-a-service (SaaS), builds state-of-the-art (SOTA) risk innovations. Šóta carries out its mission by developing early warning reporting veracity risk scores that are:
- for both intentional (fraud) and unintentional (error) financial misstatements risks;
- industry agnostic, where the core Šóta Scores are equally effective across all industries;
- accounting system independent, where the core Šóta Scores are applied in all countries, regardless of the accounting system implemented; and
- flexible enough to service a variety of markets and user personas.
